Starting with the presentation, inspiring a new way of thinking and approach to management, for leaders within your organisation.
The learnings will then be put into practise with a team building exercise, designed to show how the military approach can positively change the way communication and projects are handled.
After the team building exercise your business leaders, under Darren’s guidance, will work with their teams in groups to agree on how best they can implement the new approach into their specific business areas.
The full day combines all the elements of the half day with the edition of team building exercises where all staff levels become equal. Through the use of military style communication and leadership techniques, they will be challenged to resolve situations under increased pressure. This style of team building enables employees to unlock their true potential and demonstrate their strongest character.
Darren will be available to the business for an agreed amount of time each month and will deliver a bespoke programme as agreed. He will meet with managers and employees and advise on continued improvements.
